Conservative dentistry is the treatment of small defects and/or cavities with invisible coloured material. With the use of laser you have the following advantages

1. Removal of caries without drilling (often without anaesthesia)
2. Treatment of enamel and dentin surfaces (better adhesion of restorations)
3. Sealing (without rotating instruments)
4. Cervical treatment for hypersensitivity
